Fall is just around the corner and what better time to break out the apple actives?! This reinforcement game is perfect to target groups with multiple goals or sound objectives! To play: Each student says their sound in a word/sentence or completes a task that targets his/her goals. Once completed, s/he draws an apple from the deck. If the apple is whole, they keep it in his/her pile, but if the apple has a worm in it...it's ROTTEN and all the players apples must go back into the deck. The person with the most apples wins!
Bonus tip: Use brown paper sandwich bags rolled over to create "apple bins" to store the apples for each player!
