Hi, I'm Amanda! I’m the founder of The Speech Loft. You’ll see “we” across the site because this work is rooted in partnership—with families, educators, and support teams—and I’m honored to walk alongside you.
I’m passionate about helping children and families discover the power and joy of communication. My heart lies in supporting families and children and guiding them to feel confident and capable every step of the way.
As a neurodivergent individual, I know what it’s like to live in a world that isn’t always designed with you in mind. This perspective gives me a deeper appreciation for the challenges my clients face and allows me to genuinely connect, relate, and celebrate their strengths.
In my approach, connection always comes before compliance. Communication isn’t about fitting into rigid expectations—it’s about building relationships, fostering confidence, and finding authentic ways to connect. I use evidence-based, strengths-focused practices that are supportive, affirming, and individualized. I believe all communication is valid, valuable, and deserving of being heard. My role is to help families discover the tools that work best, so every child has a voice.
At the core of my work is the belief that every child has the ability to communicate, connect, and thrive. My mission is to support families on that journey, celebrating every success along the way.
